We regularly assist with Fair Work Commission, Human Rights Commission, Federal Circuit Court and Accident Conciliation Service. On occasions we will attend Magistrates IVO applications and are often asked to help referring matters to worksafe or Victoria police. Amongst other high profile appointments our team were engaged in the wake of the Swanston Street wall collapse (Melbourne) to investigate and ensure OHS compliance. All our staff have high level international human rights experience having served many years aiding in issues such as human trafficking and criminal visa fraud. Thornton Tucker's back office team remain based in Manila and continue to partner with likeminded organisations such as IJM and Union Aid Abroad.
